At the MSSU, we bring the Maritimes together on health research. Our work is collaborative by nature, and we engage with patients and the public, researchers, health decision-makers and the governments of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island to identify and support patient-oriented research that is aligned with provincial health priorities.
Since 2013, we have supported more than 400 research projects across the Maritimes. Our involvement has taken many forms from research consultations in our particular areas of expertise to our support for accessible health administrative data to priority research projects.
