Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, the MSSU NS Bridge Event is being postponed. We are currently working with our co-hosts, Acadia University, to explore options for Fall 2020. We will update this page, when more information is available.
This event is being co-hosted by Acadia University and the Maritime SPOR SUPPORT Unit, and will provide a unique opportunity to engage with researchers, policy-makers, health care providers, and patients and caregivers in the NSHA Western Zone.
About the MSSU NS Bridge Events
The MSSU Nova Scotia Bridge Event is a bi-annual gathering that brings together health care decision-makers and providers, researchers, patients and the public, who work in teams to develop high-quality research in priority health services and systems areas. The aim of the group discussions is to narrow the focus, identify a key research question(s), and to create an action plan that will support the creation and implementation of a solution for the priority issues.
Topics will be selected from the priority areas identified in collaboration with key stakeholders including the Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness, the Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA), the IWK Health Centre, and researchers and community members in the NSHA Western Zone.
We will share more information about the topics and registration soon. If you have questions in the meantime, please email email@example.com.
